What You’ll Do:
- Work under the supervision of our OT to provide hands-on therapy to children with developmental, sensory and motor challenges.
- Help kids build skills through play-based, goal driven sessions.
- Support families with home programs and progress updates.
- Participate in team meetings, staff trainings and continuing education as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program.
- NBCOT certification and Licensed as a COTA in the State of Michigan
- Experience working with the pediatric population (bonus points for feeding and primitive reflex expertise!).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A heartfelt passion for helping children thrive.
Work Schedule: Part-time with room to grow, working at least 10-15 hours a week to start.
