Pediatric Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse (RN) – Pediatric Home Health | Plainview, TX (Day & Night Shifts)

BrightStar Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one care for a 1-year-old male pediatric patient in his home.

Position Details

• 
  

  Schedule: Monday–Sunday | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

  
  


• 
  

  Pay Range: $30–$35 per hour (based on experience)

  
  


• 
  

  Differential: Additional night-shift pay

  
  


• 
  

  Pay Frequency: Weekly direct deposit

  
  


• 
  Location: Plainview, TX

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Provide skilled pediatric nursing care in a home setting

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor and manage a ventilator-dependent trach, including suctioning and trach care

  
  


• 
  

  Administer feedings via GJ Mickey button

  
  


• 
  

  Track and document vitals and observations throughout each shift

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a safe, nurturing environment for the child

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Active Texas RN license

  
  


• 
  

  Current BLS/CPR certification

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with trach and ventilator care (required)

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with G-tube or GJ-tube feedings

  
  


• 
  

  Pediatric home-health experience preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Reliable, calm, and confident working independently
