Pediatric Registered Nurse (Overnight)

BrightStar Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one pediatric private duty nursing care for a 1½-year-old male patient in the comfort of his home. This is a meaningful opportunity to deliver high-quality, individualized care in a calm and supportive environment.

Position Details:

• 
  Location: Lubbock, TX


• 
  Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM


• 
  Pay Rate: $30–$35 per hour


• 
  Pay Schedule: Weekly pay

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled overnight nursing care in a pediatric home setting


• Manage tracheostomy and ventilator-dependent care, including suctioning and routine trach care


• Administer enteral feedings via GJ Mickey button
  


• Monitor, assess, and document vital signs and patient condition throughout the shift


• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and adherence to the plan of care


• Communicate effectively with family members and the clinical care team

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of Texas


• Current BLS/CPR certification
  


• Trach and ventilator experience required


• Experience with G-tube or GJ-tube feedings
  


• Pediatric private duty or home health experience preferred


• Ability to work independently with confidence, patience, and professionalism
