Pediatric RN / LVN – Nights / Trach, Vent, G-Tube / Private Duty / Tomball Area

LVN: $23–$28/hr. | RN: $31–$38/hr. (based on acuity)

Pediatric Cases – Consistent Hours Available

Reliant Healthcare Group is actively hiring RNs and LVNs with trach, ventilator, and G-tube experience to provide 1-on-1 private duty nursing care for pediatric patients in the home.

We offer consistent, long-term cases with stable scheduling — ideal for nurses who want reliable hours and meaningful patient relationships.

Current Open Cases Include

• Trach & Vent patients (high acuity)


• G-tube dependent pediatric patients


• Day, night, and weekend shifts available


• Full-time and part-time options

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1-on-1 skilled nursing care in the home


• Monitor patient condition and vital signs


• Manage trach, ventilator, and feeding tube care


• Follow individualized plans of care


• Educate and support families


• Complete EMR documentation

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Active RN or LVN license (Texas)


• Trach & Vent experience REQUIRED


• G-tube experience REQUIRED


• Current CPR certification


• Ability to work independently in a home setting
