Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will provide individualized, in-home therapy services to infants and toddlers across the five boroughs. New graduates are welcome and supported with clinical mentorship and administrative guidance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental evaluations and implement therapy based on each child’s Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP)
• Deliver occupational therapy sessions in the child’s home
• Address fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and daily living skills
• Provide coaching and support to parents and caregivers
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with Early Intervention standards
• Collaborate with service coordinators, families, and Metro Children’s clinical team

Qualifications

• NYS Occupational Therapy License (or pending licensure)
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for working with children and their families
• Organized, reliable, and committed to providing high-quality care
• No prior experience required – we offer support and training
