About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Super Talkers, PLLC in Rochester Hills, MI. As a superhero in our clinic, you will have the opportunity to create little miracles every day by helping children reach their full potential through speech therapy. We need someone who is organized and driven, and wants to be a part of a small but mighty team moving towards our goals for growth and development.
Position Type: Part-time with a transition to full-time as caseload increases.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat pediatric speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members to support therapy goals
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Provide parent education and strategies for continued progress at home
- Stay up to date with the latest research and therapy techniques
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
- State licensure in Michigan - open to hiring a CF
- Experience working with pediatric population
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for making a difference in children's lives
