Job Description - People & Culture Coordinator

People & Culture Coordinator  


(Part-Time – 20 hours/week) 


 


Reports to: Executive Leadership - Controller 
Locations: Saukville (primary) & Sheboygan Falls, WI 


Role Overview 


This is a dynamic, hands-on role for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a mix of administrative execution, employee engagement, and culture-building. 

 
As the primary point of contact for HR matters, you will: 
- Reinforce our values and employee experience 
- Support organizational growth with operational consistency 
- Maintain a culture of trust, communication, and professionalism 

 
About Ereztech: 
- Rapidly growing chemical R&D and manufacturing company 
- 15 onsite employees (WI), 10 remote team members 
- 30% WI workforce growth projected within the next year 


Primary Responsibilities 


Core HR Administration 



  • Maintain employee records, job descriptions, and org charts 



  • Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and orientation 



  • Facilitate performance reviews and goal tracking 



  • Administer compensation documentation and benchmarking 



  • Track immigration and work authorization documents 



  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and retention rules 


Recruitment & Staffing 



  • Draft and manage job postings 



  • Coordinate interviews and candidate communication 



  • Assist hiring managers with screening and documentation 



  • Maintain applicant tracking and ensure equitable hiring 


Employee Development & Culture 



  • Assist with development plans and training tracking 



  • Organize team-building events and recognition programs 



  • Collect and communicate employee feedback 



  • Support a positive, inclusive, and collaborative culture 


Internal Communication & People Operations 



  • Assist with policy updates and company-wide communication 



  • Maintain HR files in Microsoft Teams or SharePoint 



  • Identify process improvements in onboarding and communication 


Traits of a Strong Candidate 



  • 4+ years in HR, People Operations, or a generalist role 



  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 



  • High level of initiative, empathy, and discretion 



  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word) 



  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) – a plus 



  • Familiarity with immigration/work authorization documentation – a plus
