People Operations Generalist - Part Time

People Operations Generalist: Part-Time

As the People Operations Generalist at Breeze, you’ll support day-to-day people operations across the company. You’ll work closely with the Head of Talent and our HR Operations team in Singapore to help with HR administration, recruiting support, and employer branding as we scale.

This is a part-time, individual contributor role with the opportunity to transition to full-time as headcount grows.

What You’ll Do

  Support core people operations including payroll, benefits, onboarding, offboarding, and employee records

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with payroll and benefits administration, including employee setup and ongoing changes

  
  


• 
  

  Support recruiting operations, including job postings, resume review, sourcing, interview scheduling, and intro interviews

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with offer preparation and coordination

  
  


• 
  

  Support employer branding efforts, including employee testimonials, social content, and careers page updates

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain people and recruiting systems, documentation, and trackers

  
  


• 
  

  Support ad-hoc people and talent projects as needed

  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 
  

  3+ years of experience in people operations, HR operations, talent ops, or recruiting support

  
  


• 
  

  Working knowledge of people processes (payroll, benefits, onboarding)

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with resume screening, sourcing, and candidate interviews

  
  


• 
  

  Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting multiple workflows

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in a startup or fast-growing company is a plus
