Per Diem Registered Nurse (PRN RN)

Senior Helpers of Cherry Hill is looking to hire an awesome per diem Registered Nurse (RN) to be responsible for the case management of Clients and ensuring the highest level of quality care in the Camden/Gloucester area and that wants to be a part of a GREAT TEAM!

Job Duties:

• Open new cases by assessing client needs and, writing Care Plans


• Case monitoring, conduct 60-day client visits and 30-day client check in phone calls


• Ensures that all safety and infection control practices are followed


• Responds to emergency situations


• Communicates with other members of the home health team


• Ensures that required documentation is complete and in compliance with state and accrediting standards


• Communicates with patients and families regarding treatment and care

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a Registered Nurse in the State of NJ for at least two years and hold an unencumbered license


• Minimum two years of progressive community health, public health or home care experience, two to four years preferred


• Minimum one year experience supervising homemaker-home health aides


• One-year experience in geriatric care, preferred


• Ability to supervise, guide and develop skills and performance of service personnel


• Ability to exercise independent judgement
