Per Diem RN Field Supervisors for Home Care 

Expert Home Care has been providing Home Health Care to New Jersey Seniors since 1985. We are currently looking to hire per diem RNs for the following counties:

Northern/Central NJ counties

Seeking experienced RN(s) to make per diem visits. You will make visits to our client’s homes doing initial assessments, creating care plans and supervising/monitoring home health aides. No hands-on care involved. 

Let us know what counties you are willing and available for. We are flexible in hiring, willing to cover more than 1 county is a plus. We are strictly private pay, no Medicare or Medicaid cases.
This is perfect for RN who is looking to supplement either full-time or part-time employment and enjoys being in the field. Retirees or semi-retired welcome. Cases to be re-visited at least every 60 days. Also doing competency evaluations of home health aide staff.

Requirements: Must have at least 2 years of home care/public nursing related experience. Experience working for home care agencies is preferred, but If not sure how your experience would apply please call us to discuss. Initial interview and forms can be completed virtually, thereafter orientation in our offices. After hire all future correspondence via email/phone. No need to come into our office weekly. Your reports can be sent by email or regular mail. We pay per visit and reimburse for your miles traveled.
