Personal Assistant/Caregiver

Description

We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide support and assistance to individuals in need of personalized care. The ideal candidate will have experience in various care settings and possess a compassionate and patient-centered approach. 

Duties:

• Provide personalized care and support based on individual needs
• Assist with daily activities such as grooming, dressing, and meal preparation 
• Monitor and administer medications as needed 
• Coordinate appointments and accompany individuals to medical visits
• Engage in activities that promote physical and mental well-being 
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment 
• Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, family members, and other caregivers 

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in childcare, hospice care, or senior care is preferred 
• Knowledge of first aid procedures and patient care techniques 
• Understanding of resident rights and behavioral management principles 
• Ability to provide compassionate care with empathy and respect 
• Valid driver's license for transportation needs 
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of the position
