Personal Care Aide

Job Summary:
Village Caregiving, a in-home health care company located in Franklin, Tennessee, is seeking a PERSONAL CARE AIDE to join our team. 

PERSONAL CARE AIDE Benefits & Shifts:

• MON-SUN: 7am-12pm AVAILABLE


• MON-SUN: 4pm-9pm AVAILABLE


• Pay Rate: $17-19/Hour


• Paid Training + CPR


• 401K w/ Company Match

PERSONAL CARE AIDE Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing


• Help residents with mobility by transferring and positioning them safely

PERSONAL CARE AIDE Requirements:

• Previous in-home care experience


• Excellent communication skills


• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature 


• Flexibility to work weekends & holidays as needed


• 
  Must pass a background check 


• Your OWN vehicle (reliable) & valid driver's license
