Ms. B is looking for a friendly and compassionate caregiver to help her in her home during the day twice per week! She loves to cook and would love someone who can help her do so. She's looking for companionship as well as standby assist with personal care.

Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily activities such as moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles
- Care for patients by changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning the home, or assisting with personal care
- Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor
- Build relationships with patients by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert
Requirements:
- Vehicle
- Valid MA Driver's License
- 1+ years of experience in direct care
- HHA or CNA preferred but not required (if experienced)
- Willing to accept at least 1 e/o weekend shift
- Willing to submit to background checks
- Provide at least 2 professional references (not friends)
- Punctual, Reliable, Compassionate, Patient, Empathetic, and Skilled
- Strong ability to read, write, understand, and speak English so as to:
- Read ADL's
- Communicate verbally with clients, families, co-workers, and Administrative Staff

Basic job requirements include:
- Current US driver’s license
- Car
- 1 year of caregiving experience
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong ability to read, write, and speak English, including:
- Read ADLs and personal care instructions
- Communicate verbally with clients and families
- Write shift notes to update the family, office, and other caregivers
- Punctuality and reliability
- Compassionate and caring heart
- Patience and willingness to learn new skills
*Certifications are welcome (CNA, HHA, etc.) but not required. We do offer training and mentorship programs to new caregivers.
