Personal Care Aide

Join Visiting Angels as a personal care aide in Senecaville, OH, Cambridge, OH and the surrounding areas. You will provide compassionate, personalized care to our clients in their homes. This role is ideal for individuals who are dedicated to improving the quality of life for seniors and those needing assistance with daily activities. You will support clients with tasks that promote their independence and well-being, ensuring they feel safe and comfortable.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.


• Help with mobility, including transfers and ambulation.


• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.


• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment.


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.


• Monitor clients’ condition and report any changes to healthcare professionals or family members.


• Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements

• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.


• 18 years of age or older.


• Valid driver’s license, up to date car insurance and your own reliable vehicle.


• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
