Personal Care Aide [PCA, NA, CNA]

We’re hiring compassionate and reliable caregivers to join our team of Personal Care Aides (PCA/NA/CNA) in Richmond City - Henrico County surrounding areas. In this role, you’ll make a lasting difference by assisting clients with personal care, daily living needs, mobility, medication reminders, and meal preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing

  
  


• 
  

  Support clients with mobility, transfers, and positioning

  
  


• 
  

  Provide timely medication reminders

  
  


• 
  

  Plan and prepare nutritious meals

  
  


• 
  

  Perform light housekeeping duties

  
  


• 
  

  Observe and report any changes in client condition to the RN Supervisor

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Active certification in Virginia as a PCA, NA, or CNA

  
  


• 
  

  Compassionate communication and interpersonal skills

  
  


• 
  

  Strong organizational and time management abilities

  
  


• 
  

  Capable of working both independently and as part of a team

  
  


• 
  

  Physical ability to assist with mobility and physical care tasks

  
  


• 
  

  Reliable transportation to client homes
