Job Description - Personal Support Caregiver

Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate caregiver to support a 20-year-old female client with intellectual disabilities. The ideal candidate will assist with daily activities, including personal care, feeding, mobility, and range of motion exercises. This role requires patience, close monitoring, and sensitivity to sound and touch.

Responsibilities:

Assist with feeding and meal preparation

Provide physical support for movement

Assist with toileting and bathing

Help with hygiene and dressing

Implement range of motion exercises

Perform light cleaning and laundry

Ensure close monitoring to prevent self-harm

Qualifications:

Previous Caregiving Experience

Must pass a Level 2 background check

Reliable transportation required

Schedule:

Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday

4 - 8:30 or 2 - 8:30

20 hours a week

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
