Creating a specialized training package designed for individuals who have successfully completed a physical therapy or clinical rehabilitation plan and have been cleared by their medical professional to re-engage in exercise. The goal is to provide a safe, effective, and progressive transition from a therapeutic setting to a sustainable and independent fitness routine.

• Excellent communication skills to educate, motivate, and empower clients transitioning from rehabilitation to independent exercise
• Capacity to adapt programming for a wide range of ages, abilities, and fitness levels
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and client progress tracking
• Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, customer service, and fostering a positive client experience

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field is preferred
• CPR and First Aid Certification (required)

Certification from a nationally accredited organization such as:

• National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)
• American Council on Exercise (ACE)
• American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM)
• National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA)
