Anytime Fitness is seeking a highly motivated Personal Trainer who is passionate about helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. We’re looking for someone with exceptional people skills, a self-motivated work ethic, and a genuine desire to make a difference. Work in a fun, upbeat atmosphere where every day is different!

To be considered for this position, you must:

Hold a Personal Training certification (or be in the process of obtaining one)
Have strong sales and customer service skills
Be passionate about fitness, health, and helping others succeed
Have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Be self-motivated, positive, and enthusiastic
Enjoy working with people of all fitness levels and backgrounds
Be comfortable engaging with members on and off the gym floor
Be a team player and thrive in a community-focused environment

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Delivering engaging and effective personal training sessions


• 
  Building strong relationships with members to support their fitness journey


• 
  Promoting personal training services and helping members find the right programs for their goals


• 
  Utilizing social media and marketing strategies to attract and retain clients


• 
  Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the gym


• 
  Leading by example with a positive and motivating attitude


• 
  Comfortable with all types of training sessions: private, semi-private and team

Further Duties:

Community Engagement – Represent Anytime Fitness in the local community by participating in gym events, fitness challenges, and outreach programs.
Networking & Client Outreach – Work with local businesses and organizations to promote health and wellness initiatives.
Member Experience – Ensure that every member feels welcomed, supported, and excited to be part of our fitness family!

Important Notes:

This is a part-time position
Must be at least 18 years old
Personal training certification and CPR/AED certification are required (or willingness to obtain them)
Previous experience in personal training or team training is a plus but not required
