Role Overview: Pharmacist (Per Diem)

The Pharmacist (Per Diem) will contribute to the company’s growth and quality through delivering pharmaceutical clinical care and quality while providing a delightful patient experience. The Pharmacist (Per Diem) will ensure our patients receive the highest level of care possible in infusion therapy through the medications they receive.

Location: Remote, with ability to come onsite as needed

Schedule: As needed

Job Description

• Efficiently and accurately processing orders and dispensing medications in accordance with Local Infusion processes and regulatory requirements

• Maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring adequate medications and supplies

• Communicating with patients when questions arise to ensure quality care

• Collaborating with referring and internal providers to optimize patient outcomes

• Ensuring pharmacy regulatory requirements and industry standards are upheld

• Assisting with operational and clinical tasks as necessary
