We are exploring adding energetic and motivated team members to step into a Shift Lead role as we continue to grow. This is a great opportunity for PRAs who enjoy a fast, fun environment and are interested in developing their leadership skills.

Role Structure

This is a hybrid role:

● You will serve as Shift Lead during designated lead shifts ($16.00/hour)

● You will work as a PRA during non-lead shifts ($14.00/hour)

● Pay will align with the role you are scheduled to perform

What You’ll Do (when scheduled as Shift Lead):

● Support and motivate the team to achieve revenue goals

● Help oversee daily photo retail operations

● Monitor performance and use insights to drive results

● Handle guest questions and resolve concerns professionally

● Communicate effectively with team members and leadership

● Complete all required paperwork, shift reports, and operational documentation accurately and on time

● Act as a liaison with the host company and represent Elements Imaging with professionalism

● Support coverage across capture, production, and retail

● Help maintain strong team alignment and guest experience standards
