Burnett Medical Center is looking for a casual/fill-in Physical Therapist to join our team.
We are a small rural Critical Access Hospital located in Grantsburg, Wisconsin. We are about 1 hour and 15 minutes from the Twin Cities area and very close to the St. Croix River.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides physical therapy treatment and services to residents in the nursing home, and to outpatient and hospital inpatients.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Licensure by the State of Wisconsin as a Registered Physical Therapist.
BLS certification.
