What You’ll Do:

  Deliver personalized PT care in patients’ homes

  Collaborate with PTAs and support teams

  Celebrate measurable patient progress

  Serve a diverse population of all ages and conditions

  
  

Pay & Schedule:

  $65–$70 per visit

  Flexible schedule

Requirements:

• 
  

  Active Texas PT license

  
  


• 
  

  1+ year PT experience

  
  


• 
  

  Valid CPR-BLS & driver’s license

  
  


• 
  

  Self-motivated, compassionate, and independent
