H2 Health is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide 1:1 care within our H2 Health @ Williamsport clinic as well as nearby senior living facilities. Our ideal candidate will have experience evaluating and treating primarily the geriatric population and patients with Alzheimer's and Dementia. Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
Experience: Prior experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant is preferred, and the therapist must have an indirect supervision license.

• Physical Therapist Assistants must have an Indirect supervision license
