Position Summary:
We’re hiring Physical Therapists (PTs) to provide home-based therapy to children under three years old. Services are delivered in the child’s natural environment—focusing on improving gross motor skills, mobility, strength, balance, and functional movement during early developmental stages.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver therapy sessions in homes or community-based settings.
• Educate families on strategies to support continued progress.
• Maintain documentation in compliance with Early Intervention guidelines.

Requirements:

• Current NYS license in Physical Therapy.
• Experience with children from birth to age three is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage your schedule independently.
