Physical Therapist Home Care On-Call

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to work PRN for our MVNA homecare site in the Twin Cities metro area. Centrex Rehab is a health care organization that focuses on providing comprehensive therapy services to enhance the lives of people in the community. The position and location is eligible for:

• Competitive base pay rate at $55 per hour

Requirements:

• Graduate of an approved School of Therapy

• Current license/registration in the State of MN
• Experience working within a SNF environment is a plus
