Physical Therapist (Part-Time)

Conducting initial evaluations, reassessments, and discharge summaries Providing patient-centered treatment based on evaluations and reassessments Completing all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner Maintaining productivity in accordance with departmental standards Delegating tasks appropriately to support personnel Actively participating in case management of patient care plans Performing non-clinical duties that contribute to efficient daily operations Participating in one to two departmental, hospital, or community meetings or programs Teaching, orienting, training, supervising, and mentoring staff, including new employees, volunteers, observers, and at least one student annually Ability to exercise independent judgment, make sound decisions, and maintain confidentiality. Proficient in both verbal and written communication.
