Physical Therapist - Part Time & PRN

Description

HTS is seeking a dedicated, compassionate Physical Therapist to join the therapy team at a senior living community located in Rushville, Indiana. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload, including short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and assisted living populations. The position is available on a part-time or PRN basis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical therapy needs.

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations.

- Document progress notes and treatment outcomes in accordance with facility policies.

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.

Qualifications:

- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

- Experience in geriatric care preferred but not required.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include earning an advanced degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist education program, passing the state licensure exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
