Are you passionate about helping others? Priority Group Services, a leading home care provider in New Jersey, is seeking dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to individuals in their homes. In this role, you'll help improve patients' quality of life by offering essential support and companionship in a comfortable, familiar setting.
Your Role & Responsibilities:
✔ Assess patients' physical abilities, medical histories, and conditions to create individualized treatment plans.
✔ Develop tailored rehabilitation plans based on patient needs, goals, and medical conditions.
✔ Teach and guide patients through exercises to improve mobility, strength, and function.
✔ Use various methods like manual therapy, modalities (heat, cold, electrical stimulation), and other techniques to alleviate pain.
✔ Educate patients about their conditions, treatment plans, and ways to prevent further injury or pain.
✔ Regularly track patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
✔ Maintain detailed records of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress reports for legal, insurance, and healthcare purposes.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey
✔ Strong patient assessment or evaluation skill
✔ Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans
✔ Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care

Schedule: Tuesday and Thursday only from 3PM-4PM EST
