About us: Able Rehab Staffing LLC is an independent clinician-owned, local to Colorado, staffing company recruiting healthcare professionals (PT/OT/SLP) for PRN employment since 2015. We are looking for a committed Physical Therapist to join our fun and flexible home healthcare team!
This is a PRN position where you set your availability and geographic coverage area! We can keep you as busy as you want to be! Pay is per visit. Our PTs are not required to perform Oasis Start of Care.
Our therapists eval and treat their patients until discharge, providing the opportunity to establish the POC and build rapport with patients in the home.
About your responsibilities:
- Identify and meet patients’ goals and needs
- Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques
- Create fitness- and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients’ specific needs
- Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions
- Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally
- Promote clients’ healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination
Skills you will bring:
1. Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
2. Clinical experience as an physical therapist preferred, but we do provide training if home health is new to you!
3. Demonstrates good verbal and written communication, and organization skills.
4 Drive to continually learn and grow!
5. Current PT state license in the state of Colorado
