Physical Therapist (PT)- PRN

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans to improve or restore mobility, function, and quality of life
- Implement treatment plans through therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and the use of specialized equipment
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate updates to other healthcare professionals and caregivers
- Educate patients and their families on exercises, home care techniques, and strategies to maintain or improve their condition
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and ensure optimal outcomes for patients
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards, as well as all regulatory requirements

Requirements:
- Current and valid PT license in the state of Maryland
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a physical therapist
- Strong clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel to patient homes or other healthcare facilities as needed
- Must pass a thorough background check and drug screening
