Flexologist – StretchLab El Segundo

Pay: From $27.00 per hour
Schedule: 20–25 hours per week (weekday and/or weekend availability required)

Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Flexologists to join our team. Flexologists deliver individualized assisted stretch sessions, build strong client relationships, and support an exceptional studio experience. This role is ideal for fitness and wellness professionals who enjoy helping others reach their health goals.

Responsibilities

• 
  

  Provide 25- and 50-minute one-on-one assisted stretch sessions

  
  


• 
  

  Educate clients on stretching, mobility, and recovery

  
  


• 
  

  Deliver an engaging and professional client experience

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a clean, safe, and organized studio environment

  
  


• 
  

  Support member retention and studio sales goals

  
  


• 
  

  Participate in team meetings, trainings, and occasional events

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Background in fitness, bodywork, movement, or wellness (such as exercise science, Kinesiology, physical therapy, massage, personal training, yoga, Pilates, dance, or athletics)

  
  


• 
  

  Certification Required (Personal Trainer, Group Fitness, Yoga, Pilates, Massage Therapy, or similar ) OR Bachelors Degree in relevant field

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and customer service skills

  
  


• 
  

  Positive, professional, team-oriented attitude

  
  


• 
  

  Comfortable working one-on-one with clients
