Responsibilities:
- Assist Physical Therapists with in-home outpatient treatments.
- Implement treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function.
- Document progress and communicate effectively with patients and PTs.
Requirements:
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or COTA in Arizona (or eligible).
- Minimum 1 year of outpatient or home health related experience preferred.
- Reliable transportation for travel within the Phoenix metro area.
- Strong teamwork and patient care skills.
