Description

Our agency is in need of an NP/PA to cover an onsite, occ med clinic in Clyde, OH.

Details:

Start ASAP - July 16

Hours: M, W, TH & F, 8 hours (hours flexible)

Onsite employee minor injury/illness, employment testing/screening & back to work documentation

$85 per hour

MIleage paid .70 per mile

Requirements

Must have OH NP or PA licensure

Must have clean background

Must be able to commute daily
