Job Description - Physician/Nurse Practitioner

Worksite: On-site
Position: Part-Time
Location: Greenville, MO

Duties:

Provide on-site medical services including examinations, assessments, prescriptions, and immunizations.
Supervise Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant.
Develop and manage treatment plans for both acute and chronic conditions.
Ensure proper documentation, patient privacy, and maintenance of medical equipment.
Coordinate medical services with other health and wellness activities.
Participate in quality improvement activities and health education programs.
Attend required meetings and trainings.

Requirements:

Active, unrestricted license in the state of service.
Maintain certification/accreditation and required insurance.
