Picker Packer - Part Time

About The Republic of Tea:

At The Republic of Tea, we are passionate about delivering high-quality products to our customers. We are seeking a detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our Shipping Department and help ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick orders using an automated pick cart, ensuring accuracy and quality control.


• Scan and verify items, follow light assignments, and place products in the correct shipping container.


• Safely pack products for shipment, including adding packing materials, taping boxes, and applying shipping labels.


• Move packed orders to the shipping conveyor for processing.


• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety guidelines.


• Cross-train in all areas of the department to support team operations.


• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED preferred.


• Ability to lift and push 50 lbs. multiple times daily.


• Comfortable standing and walking for long periods (up to 12 hours per shift).


• Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.


• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure.


• Basic reading and math skills for order processing.


• General knowledge of computers and ERP systems is a plus.


• Forklift experience preferred but not required.
