Pickleball Ambassador - Cleveland Y

Are you a Pickleball enthusiast who is excited about making a positive impact in the community? We are looking for a Pickleball Ambassador to join our team at the Cleveland Y. As a Pickleball Ambassador, you will help oversee games and equipment while providing excellent customer service to Y members and guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicate effectively with players and staff as needed.
• Maintain pickleball supplies and equipment
• May oversee scheduling and games
• Attend staff meetings and required trainings
• Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• General knowledge of pickleball required
• Customer service experience a must

TRAINING:

• CPR, First Aid, AED certifications, and Child Abuse Prevention required within 30 days of hire (provided by YMCA)
• New Employee Orientation required within the first week of hire
