We’re searching for an Assistant Manager who’s outgoing, engaging, and ready to shake things up.

You’re a natural people-person, highly organized, sharp, and fueled by results. You know how to drive membership sales, build authentic connections, and create a welcoming vibe that keeps members coming back.

Fitness experience? Bonus.
Game-changing sales skills? Non-negotiable.

🚀 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
✔ Drive studio growth by mastering the BODYBAR sales process and hitting monthly membership goals.
✔ Lead with energy — motivate and coach a high-performing front desk team to deliver top-tier service and accountability.
✔ Build the BODYBAR community by networking locally, forging partnerships, and showing up at grassroots events.
✔ Create amazing member moments by connecting personally, supporting their goals, and turning happy members into passionate referrers.
✔ Keep the studio running smoothly — from retail merchandising to cleanliness to inventory, you’ll own the details.
✔ Champion the vibe — engage with members before and after class, making sure the studio feels fun, professional, and on-brand.

🏆 WHAT YOU’LL BRING
✨ 2+ years leading teams in sales or service
✨ 3+ years crushing sales goals in retail, fitness, or hospitality
✨ Natural ability to connect, influence, and inspire
✨ Strong organizational + multitasking skills
✨ Excellent communicator (in person + online)
✨ Passion for wellness and helping others succeed
✨ Tech-savvy and quick to learn systems
✨ College degree preferred (but passion + performance matter most!)
