About the Program

Our 500-hour Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training Program blends:

• In-studio training (at Southwood and North Tallahassee)
• Online learning
• Independent practice

You’ll receive a well-rounded education across all major Pilates apparatus, including Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Springboard, and more—preparing you to confidently teach in a variety of settings.

What You’ll Learn

• Pilates fundamentals, anatomy, and movement mechanics
• How to safely and effectively program classes
• Teaching techniques, cueing, and class flow
• How to work with a variety of clients and fitness levels
• Real-world teaching experience through practice and mentorship

Hands-On Experience
