Pilates Trainer

Pilates Trainers are responsible for providing safe, effective, and enjoyable classes for members and guests of Cooper Fitness Center.

Pilates Trainer Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Be an excellent role model
• Plan and be fully prepared for class
• Provide safe group exercise classes with a variety of movements while complying with established formats and industry standards
• Educate members in proper training principles and exercise techniques; refer members to alternative formats when appropriate
• Report any problems, member complaints/comments/concerns or exercise areas needing attention to the Mind-Body Director immediately
• Assist in promoting fitness center activities

The ideal Pilates Trainer will possess:

• Certified Pilates Trainer in all Apparatus (600-hour comprehensive training program)
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Flexible Schedule
• Experience teaching classes and private clients
