PRIMARY FUNCTION

A Polished Concrete Tech will work in residential and commercial locations helping to install various flooring systems on concrete surfaces. Looking for a detailed oriented person that is self-motivated, dependable, and looking for advancement. While experience and a proven track record are important in any profession, we operate on the premise that anyone can be trained in a particular skill set or trade.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Loading and unloading the work trailer.
2. Maintain a clean safe jobsite.
3. Prepping work areas.
4. Removal of existing flooring.
5. Grinding Concrete with special machinery.
6. Pouring self-level / Concrete
7. Polishing the concrete with industrial buffers.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

• High school or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• Clean driving record

DESIRED JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Construction experience
• Epoxy and Industrial Coatings experience
• Acid Stain, Dyes and Polished Concrete experience
• Ability to life a minimum of 50 pounds
• In-depth training on all processes and applications
