Pool Attendant

Description

We're looking for dynamic individuals who take pride in their work and contribute to creating an exceptional living experience for our residents. As a Pool Attendant, you'll work under the direct supervision of the Property Manager, ensuring a safe pool environment for all residents and they’re guests. Your position will play a vital role in creating a safe and positive atmosphere of our community. 

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the pool area to ensure the safety of all guests. 
• Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment. 
• Respond to any emergencies or incidents that may occur. 
• Maintain cleanliness of the pool area and surrounding facilities. 
• Provide excellent customer service to all pool guests. 
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to management. 

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English is a must, coupled with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. 
• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail. 
• High level of comfort working independently and collaboratively with a team. 
• Neat and orderly work habits, with the ability to make independent decisions based on sound judgment. 

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma, or the equivalent. 
• CPR training/certification a plus.
