Landscapes Golf Management and Lexington Golf & Country Club are seeking Pool Attendant/Servers for the upcoming pool season.   We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about providing outstanding service. If you enjoy working   in a team-oriented environment and are committed to creating memorable experiences for our guests, we encourage you to apply!  These are part time seasonal positions with up to full time hours available.  Must be at least age 21 at the time of hire.

JOB SUMMARY 

The Pool Attendant/Server is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to club members and guests in the pool area. This role involves ensuring a clean, safe, and enjoyable poolside experience while also serving food and beverages to pool-goers.  Attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

1. Greets and interacts with members and guests, providing friendly and professional service. 
2. Ensures the needs of the members are met and attended to.
3. Set up and maintain poolside furniture and amenities, ensuring a comfortable environment.  
4. Take food and drink orders from poolside guests and deliver them promptly.  
5. Monitor the pool area for safety, ensuring compliance with safety rules and regulations.  
6. Maintains neat and clean pool area including tables, chairs, and surrounding areas.  
7. Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to the club’s standards.  
8. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders. 
9. Sets up tables, chairs and umbrellas before pool opening and stores them properly after closing.
10. Communicates maintenance issues to appropriate management.
11. Demonstrates a commitment to the work and success of the club and the Company by being service- and solution-oriented, having positive interactions with all club staff and members/guests, and meeting established quality, service and safety expectations. 
12. Performs additional assignments per the direction of club or Company managers.
13. Regular and punctual attendance on site for all scheduled shifts is required.  

Requirements

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

1. Excellent communication skills
2. Able to provide a high level of customer service with attention to detail.
3. Knowledge of pool safety and first aid procedures.  
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
5. Must be 21 years of age or older

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

1. Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
2. Previous Bar Tending experience preferred.
3. basic food prep and cooking skills 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Seeing and hearing: read documents, computer screen, answer phones, communicate in person  75-100%
• Standing and walking  50-100%
• Climbing, stooping, squatting and kneeling  0-24%
• Dexterity: utilizing phone, typing, writing and driving  0-24%
• Lift in excess of 30 pounds  0-24%
