Pool Server

Description

Essential Duties and Functions/Responsibilities/Tasks:

• Maintain a high level of positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests.
• Greet and welcome guests in the pool area.
• Check identification to ensure minimum age requirements are met for consumption of alcoholic beverages.
• Notate, ring-up, and serve the food and beverage requested by guest.
• Run beverages and food to and from the bar to the pool. 
• Provide general pool area upkeep and cleanliness. 
• Assist guests at the pool with general service. 
• Walk all areas and remove all glasses and empty trash receptacles.
• Set-up and/or breakdown Pool areas on a daily basis 
• Remove trash and note any areas that need immediate cleaning.
• Stock pool linen and supply to ensure par inventories.
• Coordinate with the Supervisor on work priorities and provide assistance when needed.

Requirements

• Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification required.
• Ability to work on your feet for eight hours or more.
• Must be able to lift/push/reach for/carry 30+ pounds frequently.
• Excellent verbal communication and ability to multitask.
• 6 months to 1 year experience; high volume and/or fine dining experience preferred but not required.
