Walt Churchill’s Market is looking for a Part-Time Popcorn Lead for our Perrysburg, OH location.

Job Summary:

The Popcorn Lead reports to the Produce Manager and is responsible for keeping the popcorn area on the sales floor well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing to customers. The Popcorn Lead provides excellent customer service in WCM’s fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

* Make, package, store, and stock all popcorn made in-store, while following company recipes

* Maintain a well-stocked sales area, while properly rotating stock

* Rotate backstock, being sure to check dates

* Transfer product between stores as needed

* Keep a clean, tidy, and safe work area by cleaning dishes, following proper sanitation and food safety practices, and mindfully operating large equipment

* Additional Produce Department tasks may be assigned

* Track and communicate shrink with the Produce Manager

Schedule:

This position generally requires daytime availability and at least 1 weekend day each week.

Requirements

* Must be at least 18 years of age

* High school diploma/GED

* Prolonged periods of standing, walking, twisting, lifting, bending, and reaching

* Occasional instances of pushing and pulling product on carts

* Must be able to frequently lift up to 80 pounds

* Ability to work in a warm environment

* Must have daytime, weekend, and holiday availability
