Job Title: Powder Haven Mountain Host

Reporting To: Sales Experience Coordinator

Position Overview:

The Sales Mountain Host plays a vital front-facing role in welcoming prospective members to on-mountain member facilities and ensuring their experience is seamless, professional, and enjoyable. This role serves as the primary liaison between prospective members, ski guides, and the Sales Team, handling morning logistics and client assistance with precision and warmth. Ideal candidates are friendly, highly organized, and experienced in hospitality or client relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet prospective members at on-mountain member facilities
• Act as a liaison for the sales team, connecting prospects with their ski guides
• Communicate with prospects
• Welcome prospective members to on-mountain facilities, provide building tours, and offer assistance as needed
• Effectively communicate with other teams
• Act as the main point of contact for the Sales Team at on-mountain facilities every morning, as needed
• Utilize Google Workspace
• Recognize and remember prospective member names and faces to foster a personalized experience
• Anticipate and address client concerns to ensure comfort and confidence
• Input all collected information into the Sales Team database for tracking and follow-up.

Requirements and/or Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in hospitality, sales, and/or client relations 
• Willing to work every morning, sometimes 7 days a week as needed
• Maintain a polished, professional appearance
• Clean driving record
• Ability to drive an electric SUV on steep roads and in inclement weather
• Willing to work flexible hours
• Work in a tight-knit team environment
• Clear communication with team members and other teams
• Receive feedback and make adjustments
• Greet clients, provide service, and assist with their needs
• Organization
• Google Workspace
• High-level interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow systems and procedures

Physical Requirements- Must be able to perform physical activities such as, but not limited to:

• Full range of body movements
• Reach, push, pull, lift, and carry objects that may be heavy (40+lbs)
• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and twisting
• Walk on even/uneven/slippery terrain
• Climb/descend stairs/ladders
