This part-time role is a great opportunity to prove yourself and grow—with the potential to transition into a full-time position after a 3-month probationary period based on performance and team fit.
No experience is required.

What You’ll Do:
- Assist the Lead Technician on job sites and follow detailed cleaning protocols
- Ensure top-notch customer service and high-quality results
- Safely operate pressure washing equipment and maintain tools
- Help canvass neighborhoods between jobs to generate new business
- Follow safety and job checklists to keep operations efficient and professional
Who We’re Looking For:
- Age 21+
- Ability to climb ladders and walk on roofs with confidence - preferred but not necessary
- Ability to perform general labor and carry and lift up to 50lbs
- Monday through Friday availability - required
- Optional weekend shifts are available - candidates with ability to work weekends are preferred
- Pressure washing experience is preferred but not required —we’ll train the right person!
- Clean Driver's License and clean driving record (Required), experience driving a 14' box truck preferred but not required
