Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, engaging Pre-K Tutor to work one-on-one with a sweet 4-year-old girl in Franklin Lakes, preparing her for Kindergarten. The right tutor will make learning fun, interactive, and age-appropriate while building foundational skills in early literacy, numeracy, and social readiness.

Responsibilities

  Provide individualized lessons to support early childhood development and Kindergarten readiness.

  Foster a love of learning through play-based and structured activities.

  Develop creative, interactive, and engaging sessions tailored to the child’s learning style.

  Communicate progress and feedback to the family.

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Experience teaching or tutoring young children (Pre-K or Kindergarten classroom experience preferred).

  
  


• 
  

  Background in early childhood education strongly preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  Passion for working with little learners, patience, and creativity.

  Ability to engage children in a positive, fun, and structured way.

  Reliable transportation to Franklin Lakes.
