Prep Cook

We are looking for dedicated and professional individuals that will put their personal touch on creating the best dining experience for our residents. Essential Functions include:

• Ability to work with knives properly.
• Prepares meals in accordance with planned menus. Including basic sauces, dressings, and marinades.
• Prepare and portion ingredients by washing, chopping, measuring, and organizing food items for daily service.
• Ensure consistency and quality by following recipes and kitchen standards.

The role will be part time with a shift of 12 pm - 6:30 pm. The scheduled days will be every other Saturday and Sunday. 

The holiday rotation requirement is 3 holidays per year. 

Wage: starting at $15-$17 per hour *Experience considered
