Part-Time Preschool Administrative Coordinator

Are you organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about keeping ministry running behind the scenes? SVkids is looking for a Preschool Administrative Coordinator to help lead and support the systems that make our preschool ministry thrive.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys details, loves working with volunteers, and thrives in a structured, supportive role in ministry.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Use Planning Center for various schedules, service plans, communication, and volunteer management
- Maintain ministry calendars, supply inventory, and classroom needs
- Communicate regularly with volunteers and families via email and text platforms
- Support logistics for special events like VBS and family nights
- Track attendance and assist with volunteer onboarding
- Help oversee and support preschool ministry operations on Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights
- Collaborate with the SVkids team to ensure all preschool ministry logistics are in place
What We’re Looking For:
- A committed follower of Jesus Christ who agrees with the Baptist Faith & Message (2000)
- Detail-oriented and organized with a strong administrative skill set
- Familiarity with Planning Center (or willingness to learn it quickly)
- Clear and professional communicator
- A servant-hearted team member who values people and processes equally
Availability to serve on-site Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights
