About Amazing Athletes: Amazing Athletes offers a fun, structured program that introduces children to a variety of sports, promotes coordination, self-esteem, and fosters a lifelong love for sports and fitness. Our coaches play a key role in bringing these positive experiences to life for children ages 18 months-12 years. In our classes, every kid is an athlete! We focus on teaching the fundamentals while building a positive association with sports and having fun!
Amazing Athletes is seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Mobile Coaches and Assistant Coaches to join our team. This is a part-time position with the potential for growth as we expand our programs. Coaches will lead classes in local schools and daycare centers, teaching children a variety of sports and fitness activities.
We’re Looking for Coaches Who Are:
Upbeat, Positive, & Energetic: Passionate about working with kids and fostering a fun, supportive environment.
Child-Loving: Enjoy engaging with children in a structured, educational setting.
Experienced (Preferred but Not Required): Experience working with young children, coaching, or participating in sports is a plus.
Reliable & Organized: Able to manage a schedule and handle logistical details with ease.
Able to Travel: Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license to travel to program locations (schools, daycares).
Flexible: Available to work weekday mornings and afternoons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and follow approved lesson plans for all classes.
- Arrive on time and start classes promptly.
- Instruct children on sports and fitness activities using the approved curriculum.
- Communicate effectively with school staff and directors about class activities and needs.
- Ensure attendance is accurate and track student participation.
- Wear the approved uniform and maintain a professional appearance.
- Provide notice or coverage for any planned absences.
- Maintain and transport required class equipment (all equipment is provided).
Job Requirements:
- Strong team player who can work independently.
- Neat, well-groomed, and professional appearance.
- Physically capable of demonstrating and participating in physical activities with children (bending, jumping, running).
- Comfortable communicating with both children and adults (facility directors, parents).
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive in handling responsibilities.
- Creative and adaptable in handling varying class situations.
- Patient, with a passion for working with children and fostering positive experiences.

We are looking to fill 10-15 hours per week to start, spread across Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. Additional hours may be available as we continue to grow! Pay is competitive and based on experience.
